Keith has over twenty years’ experience in the real estate industry as an owner/manager of several investment properties in downtown Toronto. As a specialist in the renovation and restoration of Victorian and Edwardian ‘Century’ buildings, he discovered a hobby and passion for real estate and began his career as a full-time sales representative in January 2007. Keith definitely creates genuine ardour for his work. He revels in the fast paced environment that real estate brings, and enjoys the ability to share his knowledge and expertise to new and existing home buyers and sellers.

Positively influenced product distribution at store level through effective negotiation with buyers. Partner Development Manager – Retail
Retail Management of entire AOL suite of products including Dial, High Speed, Internet Software, VOIP and Netscape. Concentrate on development of profitable retail distribution channels & the introduction of new products to our existing partner base. I built the initial Netscape Internet Services and AOL Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) retail launch from scratch- Results on this initiative include the successful negotiation of Netscape product roll-out to over 3000 retail outlets in Q2 2005 (Canadian Tire, Future Shop/Best Buy and Canada Post). Developed 2005 partner profitability models that optimize retail product mix while achieving target margins.

Sole corporate contact for all AOL Canada retail partners including Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, The HBC banners, Office Depot, Toys ‘R Us, Future Shop/Best Buy, Canada Post and The Royal Bank. Achieved 10% cost savings on $4.3MM budget while over-delivering on annual targets by 5%. Created effective POP and partner promotions resulting in higher product take and improved brand awareness. Introduced loyalty plan partnership with Hbc Rewards division in Q3 2004- Consumer offer developed which provided incentives for product trial and residuals for continued usage. Beauty Care sales covering more than 50 major drug and mass merchant accounts including Shopper’s Drug Mart, Zellers, HBC, Hy and Zels, Pharma+ etc…. Through application of persuasive sales format I accomplished an average 15% sales growth in over 80% of accounts covered. I successfully strengthened brand positioning within Zellers and independent drug stores through sales of incremental Beauty Care promotions. This resulted in additional product exposure and an average 20% increase in year over year prepack sales. Effective client relationship building facilitated the negotiation of additional product shelf space in the majority of accounts covered. I initiated an inventory management system within Zellers; via creative promotions, accomplished a 90% reduction in historically problematic overstock.
Retail Merchandiser – concurrent with education
Built strong customer relationships while merchandising entire retail product line for 100+ mass merchant, drug and food store accounts within the London and Toronto regions – primary client base included Wal-Mart, Zellers, SDM, and Pharma+ stores. I improved product flow through by aiding in inventory organization and in-store product positioning. I played a key role in the successful introduction of Sunny Delight products to Canada. Covering sales and inventory control in a Zellers pilot project, I managed to achieve effective product positioning resulting in greater brand exposure and sales. Subsequent rollout of the Sunny Delight brand to grocery and convenience store establishments was developed.
